CLEVELAND, Ohio — Investigators say several firearms were involved in a mass shooting at an Airbnb party in Bath Township that injured nine people Sunday.

Police have discovered shell casings of multiple caliber weapons. Authorities believe seven or eight of those injured suffered gunshot wounds, Bath Police Chief Vito Sinopoli said Monday.

One responding officer told his colleagues there were “probably hundreds” of people in the house at the time of the incident, body camera footage shows.

The victims range in age from roughly 15 to 20, Sinopoli said. He would not say what injuries they suffered or whether any of those are life-threatening. Two of the victims have already been released from the hospital, Sinopoli said during a Monday press conference.
