LUBBOCK, Texas ( NEWS RELEASE FROM TEXAS TECH ATHLETICS ) - Both Jalynn Bristow and Bailey Maupin almost recorded triple-doubles and five players tallied double-figure scoring as the Texas Tech Lady Raiders earned a 78-40 victory over the North Carolina A&T Aggies on Monday night at the United Supermarkets Arena.

Bristow had a career night as she totaled 19 points, nine rebounds, seven blocks and went 7-for-13 (.538) from the field, all career highs. She led the team in points, rebounds and blocks while adding two 3-pointers. This is also the first time since Brittany Brewer on Feb. 23, 2020 that a Lady Raider had seven or more blocks in a game.

Maupin tallied 11 points, seven assists and a career-high tying eight rebounds to almost record a triple-double in the game. Senior Gemma Núñe
