Jaeger Lundeen
A Minot man has been sentenced to serve 60 days in the Ward County Jail on Friday, Oct. 31, after being convicted of assaulting a woman before a concert at the North Dakota State Fair in 2024.
The trial of Jaeger Lundeen, 24, began on Wednesday, Oct. 29, in North Central District Court, with both sides resting the afternoon of Thursday, Oct. 30. The jury returned its verdict Friday afternoon, finding Lundeen guilty of one count of aggravated assault, a Class C felony.
According to court documents, Lundeen was charged after he was identified by multiple witnesses as the individual who allegedly stomped on a woman’s face while she and another woman were fighting on the ground at the State Fair Grandstand before the Lil Wayne concert in 2024.
