When Georgia football and Mississippi State clash in a battle of Bulldogs Saturday in Starkville, the SEC’s second leading receiver in catches per game, Anthony Evans, will be on one side and the fourth leading receiver, Zachariah Branch , will be on the other.

Evans hit the transfer portal after Georgia ’s Sugar Bowl loss to Notre Dame while Branch transferred in from USC.

Branch has been the clear biggest difference-maker of 10 transfers who arrived in Athens this offseason.
