GLOCESTER – The farm where Brandy Bates lives has been a haven for her family since the days of George Washington . Generation after generation, going back to 1792, have called it home.
But her rural idyll was shattered when Bates found out that the water her family has relied on for 233 years had been contaminated by " forever chemicals " linked to cancers, immune system harm and other serious health problems.
