Ahmedabad: The Atal Foot Over Bridge built across the Sabarmati River in the city has emerged as a major attraction for both local residents and tourists from across the country and abroad. Whether during Diwali vacations or summer holidays, the bridge has become one of the city’s favourite leisure destinations.

Inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on August 27, 2022, the Atal Bridge continues to draw massive footfall. According to the latest data provided by the Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Ltd (SRFDCL), a total of 77,71,269 visitors have visited the bridge between August 31, 2022, and October 2025, generating revenue of over ₹27.70 crore for the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporatio
