JAMESTOWN — The Jamestown City Council approved on a 4-0 vote increases to license and permit fees for 2026.
Councilman David Schloegel was not present at the meeting on Monday, Nov. 3.
The adjustments include increases for liquor licenses and beer, wine, sparkling wine licenses, tobacco licenses and building permits.
On-off sale liquor licenses will increase by $250 from $4,500 to $4,750 per year. On-sale and off-sale liquor licenses will increase by $250 from $3,500 to $3,850 per year.
On-off sale, on-sale and off-sale licenses for beer, wine and sparkling wine will increase by $70 from $720 to $790 per year.
Tobacco licenses will increase from $120 to $150 per year, an increase of $30.
