PINE BLUFF, Ark. — The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing woman last seen on May 13, 2025, in the area of University Avenue.

Joynell Brandon is described as a Black female with a height of 5'2" and a weight of 220.

“Joynell has three children, and they are desperate for any information about their mother,” said PBPD Public Information Specialist John Worthen. “This is a woman who is deeply loved, and we know her family is hurting right now. We have not stopped searching, and we won’t stop until answers are found.”
