ALBANY, N.Y. (WCAX) - Tuesday is Election Day, with voters across the country taking up a wealth of issues at the state and local levels .
In New York’s North Country, we’re watching the special election for a state Assembly seat.
Following the resignation of Billy Jones earlier this year, Democratic candidate and current Plattsburgh Town Manager Michael Cashman faces Republican Brent Davison. Davison is a retired New York State Police commander.
