DUANESBURG — The Duanesburg Central School District has introduced plans for a $6.9 million capital project that will have no extra bill for local taxpayers.

The tax-neutral proposal calls for a new Student Support Center at the district’s junior-senior high school that will bring the district’s counselors, social workers, psychologist, occupational and speech therapists and special education department into one suite with the aim of fostering greater collaboration. It will also feature an exterior entrance to provide privacy for families seeking support.
