FOREST CITY, Iowa – A Winnebago County man has been arrested for possession of child pornography.

Devlin Lucas Nielsen, 31 of Lake Mills, is charged with three counts of possession of a depiction of a minor in a sex act-1 st offense.

Court documents state that Nielsen’s home was searched on June 11. Law enforcement says as part of the search it examined Nielsen’s phone and found three images involving females approximately 12 years old or younger involved in sexual acts.

A criminal complaint against Nielsen was filed on October 16.
