A Brantford man who was sent to prison in 2023 for 10 years has failed in an attempt to get a higher court to change his conviction.
Sentenced by Justice John Harper in Brantford’s Superior Court in January 2023, the man, who can’t be named, was found guilty of seven sexual offences against two children, including sexual assault, sexual exploitation, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching.
