The body of a woman who was reported missing by her family last weekend was found in her SUV in a Worcester, Massachusetts, parking lot Monday afternoon, police said.
Joanna Brown, 30, of Worcester, was last seen around 9 a.m. Friday at the Bean Counter, where she worked, police said. She left work early and did not show up on Saturday, which her employer said is unusual.
Brown's body was found in her Mitsubishi Outlander on Monday afternoon in a parking lot at Green Hill Towers on Mount Vernon Street.
"Detectives discovered the female inside the previously mentioned gray Mitsubishi Outlander. This female was later identified as Joanna Brown, who was reported missing by her family on Sunday, Nov. 2," Worcester police said in a statement.
