NORTH HAVEN, CT (WFSB) - A vigil has been planned for Tuesday night to honor two family members killed in a house fire early Monday morning.
The vigil will take place at St. Barnabas Church on Washington Avenue at 6 p.m., where the family has attended for years.
A memorial is growing outside the home on George Street where 72-year-old John Morris and 8-year-old Aurelian Kamp died. The North Haven fire chief confirmed both victims were killed in the fire .
The victims were members of St. Barnabas Church in North Haven, located just a few blocks from their destroyed home.
“The little boy died he’s such a good little boy. Comes to church all the time. So gracious. And she’s such a good mother, the mother. It broke our hearts,” said Natalia Frioni, a North Haven resident who spoke before
