The trailer for season two of A Man on the Inside gives a peek into silver-haired private investigator Charles Nieuwendyk’s ( Ted Danson ) next case — and also how it will keep some of season one’s characters in the world of the show.

The Netflix comedy, which premieres Nov. 20 , will follow Charles as he goes undercover as a college professor — his pre-retirement career — to see who is blackmailing a university president (Max Greenfield). The case naturally takes Charles away from the retirement home where he carried out his first investigation for private eye Julie (Lilah Richcreek Estrada), but the people he connected with there aren’t out of his life.
