Cecelia H. O’Connor passed away on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, at the LeRoy Village Green, one day after her 92nd birthday. She is predeceased by four siblings and her former husband, Bob Baltz.

Ceil and Bob established Baltz Concrete Construction in Pavilion in the 1970s. During retirement, they enjoyed RV travel throughout the US and living in Florida. Ceil was an avid reader, ready to debate a book’s merits and meaning. She was also an animal lover, particularly calico cats.
