A 15-year-old boy is accused of assaulting three children in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

According to the Mount Joy Borough Police Department, the incident happened after the teen and three victims, ages 9, 10 and 11, were playing a basketball game at an apartment complex. Advertisement

Police said the 15-year-old taunted the children and yelled racial slurs at them.

The teen allegedly put each younger child in a headlock until they couldn't breathe, according to police.

Investigators said the victims reported being hit, grabbed, pushed and forcefully moved by the teen.

The 15-year-old was arrested on Oct. 30 and charged with the following:

Four counts of aggravated assault

Four counts of strangulation

Four counts of simple assault

Two counts of harassment (Communicating lewd
