New Delhi, Nov 4: RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, the Opposition’s Chief Ministerial candidate in Bihar, on Tuesday outlined a range of farmer- and women-centric promises as the first phase of the state Assembly elections approaches on November 6, with the second phase set for November 11.
Drawing on his political experience, Tejashwi sought to build on existing schemes introduced by Nitish Kumar’s NDA government.
