SAGAMORE HILLS, Ohio — Allen Phillips, a 20-year-old man from South Euclid, has been arrested in connection with the shooting that killed Adam Lempner of Sagamore Hills earlier this year.

In a Facebook post, the Sagamore Hills Police Department announced Phillips' arrest.

He has been indicted on the following charges:

One count of involuntary manslaughter

10 counts relating to the possession and trafficking of drugs
