SPOKANE, Wash - Voter turnout is low so far in Spokane County, with just under 26 percent of registered voters returning their ballots as of Monday evening.
Spokane County has accepted 25.8% of ballots. That's 96,122 of the 372,551 registered to vote.
422 ballots have been challenged.
The largest number of ballots came in Monday, so turnout is trending upward.
51% of ballots have been sent in by mail. Just over 48% have been placed in drop boxes.
