An incident of road rage in Mohali on Tuesday claimed the life of a Punjab Roadways driver after a dispute over honking turned violent near Kurali.
The deceased, Jagjit Singh (36), a contractual driver posted at the Jalandhar Roadways Depot and a resident of Malowal Tongra village (Amritsar), had left early Tuesday morning for Chandigarh with his bus.
According to another Jalandhar Roadways employee Chanan Singh, Jagjit had started his trip to Chandigarh in the morning and was returning when the clash occurred.
