The NSW Building Commission has launched an investigation into a company involved in several residential projects in and around Tamworth.

The commission has an investigation underway into Bramwell Homes Pty Ltd after receiving a range of complaints from consumers.

Bramwell Homes has been involved in a number of residential estates in Tamworth, including projects at Lampada Estate at Calala, Mayfair at West Tamworth and Hillview at Kootingal and more recently, the Trafalgar Estate in West Tamworth, located on the historic old brickworks site in Coledale.

The estate, which was released in 2022, is bordered by Green Street to the north and Rodgers Road to the west, with lots ranging in size from 600sqm and 800sqm.
