The official White House TikTok account posted a patriotic video of President Donald Trump and his administration — not unusual, except it was largely based on and soundtracked by Taylor Swift ’s No. 1 hit, “ The Fate of Ophelia .”

The president has been publicly anti-Swift in the past, posting on Truth Social earlier this summer: “Has anyone noticed that, since I said ‘I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT,’ she’s no longer ‘HOT?’” His negative commentary started shortly after Swift endorsed Kamala Harris in September during the 2024 presidential election.
