LINCOLN, Neb. (WOWT) - Nebraska’s Public Service Commission (PSC) has reinstated the grain dealer license oh Hansen-Mueller Co. just over two weeks after the company’s license was revoked .

A release from the PSC says they have reached an agreement with the company that requires the company to resolve its debts with Nebraska farmers.

“Our decision today balances the public interest with the opportunity for Hansen-Mueller to correct previous concerns,” said Commission Chair Tim Schram, District 3. “Our top priority was making sure these debts were paid during this crucial time in the harvest season, and we’re pleased that the company has already begun issuing the outstanding funds.”

According to the PSC, Hansen-Mueller must abide by the following actions:
