EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio (WKBN) -- A man was arrested in East Liverpool earlier this week after reports state he failed to yield to an emergency vehicle and then fled from an attempted traffic stop.
The man is facing misdemeanor charges of no driver's license, failure to move over for a public safety vehicle, and a second-degree charge of failure to comply.
The incident report states an officer with the East Liverpool Police Department was clearing a traffic stop on state Route 39 shortly after midnight Sunday with the lights and sirens activated when a vehicle failed to move over.
