One of the biggest storylines entering the NFL season revolved around Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and former star pass-rusher Micah Parsons.
Parsons spent the first four seasons of his NFL career with the Cowboys, making the Pro Bowl each year and recording double-digit sacks in all four campaigns.
However, Jones decided not to meet Parsons’ demands for a long-term contract, leading Parsons to sit out of practice and request a trade. The Cowboys eventually moved him to the Green Bay Packers in exchange for two first-round picks and defensive tackle Kenny Clark.
Now, nine weeks into the season, animosity between the two sides remains evident. Jones recently took a low blow at Parsons by questioning his leadership as a player and teammate.
