MeT predicts wet spell till Wednesday, dry weather afterwards
Srinagar, Nov 4: The higher reaches of Kashmir, including Gulmarg and Sonamarg, received light snowfall on Tuesday while the gusty winds continued at multiple places, including Srinagar, with the weatherman predicting more rains and snow till tomorrow.
Multiple areas across Kashmir, including Gurez Valley, Razdan Top, Sonamarg, Gulmarg, Farkin Top and Doodhpathr,i experienced light snowfall this afternoon.
The gusty winds, however, continued for almost an hour in the afternoon today at several places, including Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir. In the evening hours, Srinagar and other parts of the valley were lashed by the rains, bringing the temperature further down in Kashmir.
