A 15-year-old Florida boy is being charged as an adult after he allegedly killed a classmate because the victim bumped him and refused to apologize.
The incident occurred around 2:45 p.m. Oct. 9 at Vogt-Meloon Park on West Oak Ridge Road in Orlando, a probable cause arrest affidavit said. When deputies with the Orange County Sheriff's Office arrived, they found a 16-year-old boy later identified as Pinien Dalmacy with a gunshot wound to the top left side of his head. First responders rushed Dalmacy to the hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.
Witnesses identified the suspect as Jacori Antonio Redding. Detectives later learned that Redding became upset when Dalmacy bumped him while in the hallways of Oak Ridge High School. When Dalmacy wouldn't apologize, Redding challenged him to a
