The Dallas Cowboys finally pulled the trigger on a big trade, getting New York Jets Pro Bowl defensive tackle Quinnen Williams for a first- and second-round draft pick.
The Cowboys are giving up a 2026 second-round pick, a 2027 first-round pick and defensive tackle Mazi Smith for Williams, ESPN's Adam Schefter initially reported. The trade came two hours before the 2 p.m. MT/3 p.m. CT trade deadline.

This comes a few hours after Dallas acquired linebacker Logan Wilson from the Cincinnati Bengals for a 2026 seventh-round pick.
Williams, who was taken with the third overall pick in the 2019 draft out of Alabama, has made the last three Pro Bowls and was a first-team All-Pro in 2022. This season, Williams has 32 tackles
