HOUSTON – Voters across the Houston area are casting their ballots on Nov. 4, 2025, to decide key school board trustee positions and bond propositions in several local districts.
The election includes races for the Houston Independent School District, Aldine ISD, Cypress-Fairbanks ISD, Klein ISD, and Lamar Consolidated ISD, among others. Voters will determine who will oversee billions in budgets, set district policies, and shape education priorities for students across the region.
Polling places are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day, with early voting held Oct. 20–31.
In Houston ISD, multiple trustee seats are on the ballot as the district continues its state-appointed management transition.
