As part of the National Day of Remembrance, the City of Lethbridge will have multiple events taking place in November.

On Tuesday afternoon, a poppy flag was raised outside City Hall, followed by the unveiling of the Veteran Commemorative Crosswalk across from the Cenotaph.

On Nov. 11, the annual parade and services hosted by the General Stewart Branch #4 of the Royal Canadian Legion will take place at the Lethbridge Trade & Convention Centre at 10:00 a.m. and the outdoor ceremony at the Cenotaph, hosted by the 20th Independent Field Battery will take place at 10:45 a.m.

To coincide with the day of remembrance, the Lethbridge Military Museum will be open with free admission from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
