CORINTH, Miss. (WMC) - A former Corinth teacher is expected to plead guilty to a federal child sex crime.
Wilson Jones is expected to plead guilty next week in Oxford to possession of child pornography, according to WTVA . He faces up to 10 years in federal prison.
Jones was arrested in March and charged with production and possession of a morphed image of child pornography.
A subpoena was issued to seize the teacher’s laptop and a thumb drive on March 3.
Corinth police reviewed the contents and identified eight female students between the ages of 14 and 16 as victims of AI-generated video footage depicting them engaged in sexually exploitative conduct.
Police say the victims were never filmed—the footage was completely AI-generated.
