NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Do you need items for your baby or toddler? If so, one local mothers group has an event just for you for you to get the things you need—all for free.
This Saturday, Nov. 8, MAEVE Eastside Neighbors are holding a "Baby Buy Nothing" event at the East Park Community Center.
The group will have gently used baby, toddler, and postpartum items for mothers in need to "shop" if they need them.
MAEVE—short for Motherhood Alliance Equity Village Empowerment—is a nonprofit organization that wants to offer support to mothers in the neighborhood. MAEVE Eastside Neighbors is comprised of more than 60 members in the East Nashville area between the Cumberland River and Trinity Lane.
