Fresh peaches sold at multiple retailers across the country have been recalled. The voluntary recall, which affects certain lots of yellow and white peaches, is due to possible contamination with listeria.
The recall includes both individual fruits and multi-packs of peaches sold under the brand Moonlight Companies, according to an alert on the Food and Drug Administration website. Some yellow peaches sold under the Kroger brand name are also affected by the recall.

Peaches included in the recall were sold nationwide at major stores such as Costco, Walmart, Trader Joe's and more.
