A bail hearing, which resulted in the release of a woman accused in the death of a Tilbury man, came as a surprise to his family members.
Kimberly Price, 54, who is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Henry Neudorf, was granted a release, which includes several conditions, during a bail hearing held in Superior Court via teleconference Tuesday.

The 55-year-old Tilbury man’s body was found near Pain Court on Town Line Road, north of Maple Line, on Jan. 12, 2024 around 11 a.m., according to previous reports.
Neudorf’s relatives, who have attended every court proceeding, often in person, say they only found out about Tuesday’s bail hearing by accident.
“I am devastated and furious over the bail that has been granted to Kimberly Price,” said Justina Gilbert
