EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- A 21-year-old man was arrested for the alleged shooting death of his wife's uncle after a dispute over infidelity on Sunday, Nov. 2, in an East El Paso apartment complex, according to court documents obtained by KTSM.

As KTSM 9 News previously reported, 21-year-old Jaeveyin Antonio Porter was charged with murder for shooting and killing 36-year-old Miguel Garcia, according to the El Paso Police Department (EPPD).

On Sunday morning, officers responded to a shooting at the 7900 block of Viscount, La Estancia apartment complex. Upon arrival, they found a male victim, later identified as Garcia, outside the apartment on the second floor with apparent gunshot wounds.
