Return to Paradise: Official trailer for season two

Return To Paradise star Anna Samson has discussed the success of the Death in Paradise spin-off as it comes back for a second series, acknowledging there was no certainty the show would continue.

The Home and Away actress became the franchise's first female lead when she took on the role of DI Mackenzie Clarke.

The debut series, which broadcast last year, followed her character's return to Australia after establishing herself with London's Met Police.

Whilst temporarily rejoining the local police force in Dolphin Cove to assist with a murder investigation, her journey back to London was postponed by accusations of evidence tampering, compelling her to face her Australian past for an indefinite period. View 4 Images READ MOR
