The Pittsburgh Penguins‘ infirmary was a popular place to be on Tuesday.

Pittsburgh announced that forwards Noel Acciari and Justin Brazeau, along with goaltender Tristan Jarry, have all been placed on injured reserve.

Subsequently, the team has called up forward Danton Heinen, defenceman Ryan Graves and goaltender Sergei Murashov from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins and sent down defenceman Owen Pickering to the AHL affiliate.

Acciari sustained an upper-body injury during Monday night’s loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs, while Brazeau had missed Pittsburgh’s last two games with an upper-body injury of his own.
