WA Police have charged a 34-year-old man with dozens of child sex abuse charges after an extensive investigation by detectives south of Perth.
Officers charged the Dawesville man with 59 offences, 38 of which relate to crimes allegedly committed against children.
Mandurah detectives allege between 2022 and 2025, the man used text messages and social media to groom girls aged between 12 and 15.
It is further alleged he arranged to meet the girls in person, where he sexually assaulted them.
The man is also charged with armed robbery, possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of child exploitation material and numerous drug-related offences.
He is due to face the Perth Magistrates Court today. Loading
