Housing sales may appear to be declining for most property types, according to the Calgary Real Estate Board, but one economist says the levels are consistent with longer-term trends.
The report, published Monday, shows sales for apartment condos, rowhouses, detached and semi-detached houses are lower than last year, particularly for apartments, which the report described as having been a “buyer’s market for nearly six months.”
