A UPS plane crashed at Louisville's airport on Tuesday, and there are injuries.

The crash was reported at Grade Lane and Fern Valley Road after 5 p.m.

According to the FAA, the plane was heading to Honolulu, Hawaii.

WLKY received video showing the plane catching fire and exploding while on the runway at the airport. The video is from an airport groundcrew member.

A shelter-in-place has been issued for all areas north of the airport to the Ohio River.

The FAA and NTSB are leading the investigation.
