Farms of the Future , a NSW government initiative aimed at improving the uptake of agtech, has been linking in with schools across the state.

Senior project lead education, Hamish Dickson, said the program initially started with a handbook and instruction manual for agriculture teachers.

Then, in early 2025, they rolled out a supporting agtech kit to more than 100 schools across the state.
