GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - Chelci Sila, the wife of Green Bay East football coach Niko Sila, spoke at Joannes Park on Tuesday evening on behalf of her husband, amidst a saga that started when he was placed on administrative leave in mid-October.

Stephanie Ortiz, who was speaking on behalf of the family, revealed some of the allegations that she says led officials to place him on administrative leave.
