28 area soccer players make all-state; Elks put 8 on teams, Leland 6

LELAND — A whopping 28 northwest Lower Michigan boys soccer players earned spots on the Michigan High School Soccer Coaches Association all-state teams.

Half of those picks came from two teams, Elk Rapids and Leland.
