One of the four men convicted in the Boxing Day 2005 shooting death of Jane Creba has reportedly had his parole revoked months after receiving a full release.

Jeremiah Valentine, who was convicted of second-degree murder after 15-year-old Creba was innocently gunned down in the middle of a gang shootout near Eaton Centre, is again accused of murder, after a July shooting in Montreal .

That shooting happened months after Valentine was granted full parole in January for the Creba murder.

The decision to revoke Valentine’s parole was reported by The Canadian Press, which also included details of the Montreal shooting that have not been tested in court.
