Randy Madden, a contestant on “American Idol” Season 8, has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a minor.

On Monday, Madden, 45, was charged with six felony counts including unlawful sexual intercourse, oral copulation of a person under 18 and anal and genital penetration by a foreign object.

He’s also facing charges of sending harmful matter, luring and dissuading a witness from reporting a crime, according to TMZ , who was the first to report the news.

Court documents obtained by the outlet claim the charges are in relation to at least one sexual encounter that took place sometime between July and September.

The victim’s age remains unclear at this time.

Madden pleaded not guilty to the charges and was taken into custody with the help of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Departm
