The weather worked out well the last few days for a big Hollywood film shoot on the shores of English Bay.
Director/writer Aaron Sorkin’s The Social Network sequel The Social Reckoning has been shooting in Vancouver since October and crews have been building a beach bar, brrrr, on English Bay for the last few days.
According to online reports and posts, the production has been in the West End prepping the set since late last week.
The new film is a followup to Sorkin’s 2010 film The Social Network which won him an Oscar for Best Screenplay and alerted the world to the ways of Facebook founder, now Meta boss, Mark Zuckerberg.
The film stars Jeremy Allen White from the TV series The Bear and most recently the film Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere as Wall Street Journal investigat
