Fox News’ Martha MacCallum chalked up Democrats’ big wins on Tuesday to voters’ concerns about inflation under President Donald Trump .
During Tuesday night’s election coverage, MacCallum told Sean Hannity she believed high prices drove voters to Democrats in Tuesday’s elections in New York City, New Jersey, and elsewhere. MacCallum was covering elections with Bret Baier .
“This idea of affordability, which just basically means inflation, that prices are too high and that that’s a real sensitivity spot for people, is, I think, something that Republicans do have to look carefully at. It’s obvious that they’re very aware of it,” she said.
