COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - Colorado Springs police are investigating after they said a body was found in Fountain Creek Tuesday afternoon.

The Colorado Springs Police Department said the body was found close to the northbound off-ramp at South Nevada and I-25.

Officers said they were called to the scene just before 3:30 p.m.

As of the time of this writing, there is no word on whether they consider the death to be criminal or accidental.
