Imphal, November 04 2025: The Manipur Institute of Management Studies (MIMS), Manipur University, Canchipur organised a Distinguished Lecture Series (DLS) on the theme "India's Strategic Partnership in the East" on November4.According to a press release.

the event was held as part of the outreach initiative of the Ministry of External Affairs.

More than 150 students attended the lecture.

The session was graced by Professor Dr Jitendra Nath Misra, retired member of the Indian Foreign Service, who served as Ambassador to Portugal and Laos, and Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City, as the chief guest and guest speaker.
